1. Services

Fnworks provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• AI-powered dashboard and analytics solutions
• Interactive 3D experiences and data visualization
• UI/UX design and implementation
• Website maintenance and support

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Project Estimates

Estimates provided through our website are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after detailed project scoping and is subject to change based on actual requirements and scope changes.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply necessary content, assets, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to use all content you provide
• Designate a primary point of contact for project communications

4. Payment Terms

We operate on a milestone-based payment structure:

• First Milestone: 50% payment due upon project kickoff
• Subsequent Milestones: Payment due upon completion and approval of each milestone
• Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before final delivery

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables specifically created for your project.

Our Retained Rights: We retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks used in development
• General techniques, concepts, and know-how
• Reusable components and tools developed during the project

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services

8. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion to address any bugs or issues with the delivered work. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party services, client modifications, or requirements not included in the original scope.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
• We deliver all work completed up to that point
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and resolved in the appropriate courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
